Wilkes Developmental Day School is located at:  1021 Welborn Avenue, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.  For further directions, call (336) 838-3119.
 
From Winston-Salem:
Take US-421 N towards Boone.  Take the NC-268 Exit 286B- towards Wilkesboro.  At end of ramp, turn right onto NC-268/ River Street.  Turn left at the stoplight onto Curtis Bridge Road. Take left onto Welborn Avenue.  Wilkes Developmental Day School is the last building on the left at the end of the road.

From Boone:
Take US-421 S towards Winston-Salem.  Take the NC-268 Exit 286B- towards Wilkesboro.  At end of ramp, turn left onto NC-268/ River Street.  Turn left at the stoplight onto Curtis Bridge Road.
